Seguimiento y gestión de los targets y alineación con la visión de cada retailer.
Creación y seguimiento de kpis, rentabilidad por marca, definiendo alcances y mejoras en los mismos.
Elevar y mantener una comunicación eficiente con los equipos locales para garantizar y colaboración sólida y centrarse en la excelencia de la operación comercial.
Alinear la visión de Elco en una sola voz, unificando los proyectos de marcas y aterrizando estas a acciones comerciales.
Responsable de todas las pérdidas y ganancias del ecommerce en retailers
Gestión y seguimiento de llamadas quincenales de alineación de la operación.
Comunicación constante de cualquier incidencia / cambio.
Identificar las oportunidades del negocio, generando y atrayendo nuevas ideas para acelerar el crecimiento e incrementar el market share.
De acuerdo con objetivo de ventas generar plan de acción de recuperación o bridge de crecimiento
Crear planes en conjunto con merch para lanzamiento exclsuivos dependiendo del perfil de cada retailer
Conocimiento de formatos digitales en plataformas para la ejecución de sus campañas
Dar seguimiento a las altas, así como entrada de producto.
Validación de inventario de GWP’S y activación de dinámicas a través de estos en el sitio.
Desarrollo, seguimiento y ejecución de los planes de marketing con los diferentes canales.
Compilación y seguimiento a la entrega de los diferentes materiales para la generación de campañas, manteniendo al día y adelantándose a las necesidades de canal.
Trabajo en el desarrollo de estrategias con los diferentes canales.
Alinear y asegurar la visibilidad correcta de las marcas
Planificación de actividades promocionales de ventas, incluidos anuncios, descuentos, gwp’s.
Analisis de datos de acuerdo al Funnel Digital
Poder de negociación
Planificación de la demanda del inventario, así como trabajar con precisión al pronóstico de ventas elevando los KPIS del canal.
Seguimiento de inventarios y coberturas de los mismos en caso de ser necesario.
Trackear y dar seguimiento a las entregas, tanto de producto como de promocionales.
