Oversee the major donor program for the Eastern Region to raise funds for cancer research. Manage a portfolio of 100-150 major donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of non-profit development or mission-oriented sales experience and 2 years managing a large donor portfolio. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or MBA is preferred.
