The Team Leader oversees commercial insurance operations, workflow efficiency, and team development while managing a portfolio of complex accounts. They partner with Producers to drive growth initiatives and ensure high-quality service delivery across the department.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience and an active Utah Property & Casualty License. A bachelor's degree and professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or CRM are preferred.
