The Senior Research Analyst will conduct complex economic analysis and modelling to support expert testimony in competition and antitrust cases. They will also lead, manage, and train Research Analysts while interacting with clients on various projects.
Candidates should hold a master's degree in economics or a quantitative subject with 3 to 4 years of experience in the economic sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Stata, R, or Python and a strong understanding of antitrust cases are required.

As a Senior Research Analyst (Sr. RA) in our Competition practice, you will participate in project teams with senior consulting staff and leading industry experts, analysing complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, abuse of dominance, cartels, etc. The Senior RA role includes analysis, modelling, and research functions on client projects beyond the level of research analyst.
Your work will directly support our Principals and Academic Advisors as they serve as expert witnesses before courts and arbitration panels on behalf of some of the most significant law firms, corporations, and government agencies worldwide.
Senior RAs have deep expertise in certain aspects of Brattle’s work and serve as leaders for the Analyst group. In addition to the responsibilities of an RA, Senior RAs work with limited supervision on complex analyses and modelling, managing and training RAs, and play a client-facing role on some projects.
