The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining guest hallways, rooms, and service areas by managing linens, supplies, and waste removal. They also assist guests and members while ensuring equipment is properly maintained and safety concerns are reported.
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the building for an 8-hour shift.

Physical Requirements
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
