As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Frankfurt team and support the development of long-term client relationships.
The RoleAs a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their financing journey. You will work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer experience while helping to grow and strengthen our customer portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, building relationships, and developing a career in Financial Services, FinTech, or B2B Sales.
- First experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for existing customers and financing partners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Support customers throughout the financing process and coordinate follow-up activities
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints
Account Management & Customer Success
- Support the management and development of an existing customer portfolio
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Assist in customer onboarding and account activation processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address potential issues
Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Support Account Managers and Sales teams in customer acquisition activities
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and account reviews
- Participate in customer meetings and calls
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and other internal systems
- Track customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities
- Ensure data quality and documentation standards are met
- Support reporting and performance tracking activities
