In Romania, Deutsche Telekom has set up a Shared Service Center in Bucharest & Timisoara - Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), which delivers support function services such as HR, Accounting, Reporting and Finance, as well as IT support services for these lines of business, for the whole European Deutsche Telekom footprint since July 2013.

Key Responsibilities:
· Analysis of 2nd and 3rd level incident topics, bugfixing
· Operating productive SAP BW system, e.g. performing and monitoring of data loads
· Test (including regression tests) and acceptance of new developments before go-live
· Participating in the development/improvement of software for products and services together with a team of experts
· Minor backend and frontend developments (e.g. changes in data model, data flow, necessary objects, etc)
· Work in agile environment
Competence Profile
Must have:
· 4+ years of experience in SAP BW implementation: LSA++ architecture design, data extraction and modeling (BW\4HANA), ABAP knowledge (reading, understanding, debugging)
· Experience in 2nd and 3rd level incident handling
· Experience in Analysis for Office
· Experience with all BW info provider types, including ADSOs and composite providers
· Language: Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
· Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud/ Datasphere is advantageous
· Bex query modeling and BW Integrated Planning basics
· Language: basic German

· Proactivity towards customer service is essential;
· Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands;
· Highly developed skills in interpersonal communication;
