Pay Details:
$96,900 - $136,800 CADTD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. A specialized professional role that focuses on the improvement of the agile team and champions the Agile and Scaled Agile methodology. Provides guidance to teams, peers and executives on applying the Agile mindset, protects the team from outside distractions, facilitates ceremonies, removes impediments and builds a strong, collaborative agile team. The Scrum Master understands Scaled Agile and helps stakeholders work according to this method for the benefit of the team and customers.
