The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and distributors to identify high-value medical equipment for auction. They will advise clients on sales strategies and manage the process of phasing out medical inventory through onsite or warehouse transactions.
The ideal candidate is an energetic commercial relationship builder with strong analytical skills and experience navigating complex decision-making units. Experience in the healthcare sector, medical technology, or laboratory equipment is preferred.

Vanuit onze interne expertise, ons warehouse in Loon op Zand en een sterk netwerk van ziekenhuizen, medische distributeurs en traders, bieden wij een uniek platform voor het herbestemmen van hoogwaardige medische apparatuur.
Voor deze strategische groei zoeken wij een Accountmanager Medisch die marktkansen ziet, relaties bouwt en onze positie in Nederland verder versterkt.
Als Accountmanager Medisch ben jij, samen met je collega, het gezicht van Troostwijk Auctions binnen de zorgsector. Je richt je op alle bedrijven binnen de gezondheidszorg zoals ziekenhuizen en private klinieken. Maar je ziet ook kansen bij distributeurs en medische handelaren. Jij begrijpt de complexiteit van medische besluitvorming en schakelt moeiteloos tussen technische afdelingen, DMU’s, inkopers, duurzaamheidsofficials en medisch management.
Je bouwt langdurige partnerships, vertaalt hun inventarisatie- en uitfaseringstrajecten naar veilingkansen en begeleidt zowel onsite trajecten als warehousetransacties.
• Proactief benaderen van en onderhouden van contacten met ziekenhuizen, private zorgaanbieders, laboratoria, tandartspraktijken en overige zorgprofessionals.
• Identificeren van medische apparatuur met hoge restwaarde (o.a. imaging, labdiagnostiek, patient monitoring).
• Adviseren over verkoopstrategieën via de veiling, van enkele machines in onze maandveiling tot solo veilingen.
• Uitbouwen van bestaande relaties.
• Onderzoeken en benaderen van heavy-equipment segmenten zoals CT/MR, mobiele systemen, radiologie en mammografie.
Een energieke, commerciële relatiebouwer met impact die een complexe DMU-omgeving niet schuwt.
Jij:
• Kan je inleven in de problematiek van zowel kleine ondernemers in de gezondheidszorg als technische diensten, inkopers en medisch management.
• Bent analytisch sterk en begrijpt marktstructuren, investeringscycli en trade dynamics.
• Werkt zelfstandig, maar houdt ervan om samen te bouwen aan een nieuwe businessunit.
• Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt ervaring met relatiebeheer
• Ervaring in de zorgsector, medische technologie of lab equipment is een pré.
Een zelfstandige en afwisselende functie binnen een ondernemende en innovatieve organisatie.
Een salaris tussen de €4000,- en €5500,- afhankelijk van ervaring.
Een leaseauto voor zowel zakelijk als privégebruik.
