Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment. Candidates must have proven experience leading teams and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Wat ga jij doen als teamleader?
Als Teamleader Expeditie stuur je dagelijks een team van medewerkers aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, samenwerking en productiviteit worden behaald. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en stimuleer je continue verbetering.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers.
Opstellen van personeels- en verlofplanningen.
Opvolgen van operationele prestaties en processen.
Organiseren van teamoverleg en interne communicatie.
Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteracties rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en organisatie.
Nauw samenwerken met productie, technische dienst, HR en andere ondersteunende afdelingen.
Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
Ervaring met het aansturen van een team.
Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Proactief, mensgericht en resultaat gedreven.
Kennis van logistieke processen is een plus.
