Financial coaches guide clients through the proprietary Six Pillars of Wealth and Income Snowball systems to help them achieve financial goals. They are responsible for conducting coaching sessions, maintaining client accountability, and building long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a coachable, organized, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. While financial coaching experience is helpful, it is not required as comprehensive training is provided.
