Recruit youth for agency programs to reduce juvenile delinquency and implement educational, athletic, and life-skills activities. Maintain documentation in TAAG and coordinate with parents, schools, and other agencies to support youth outcomes.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in social work, community outreach, or youth leadership. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and obtain Level II Background Clearance.

Recruit youth to participate in Agency programs aimed at reducing juvenile crime and delinquency. Assist with implementing THA sponsored events and activities assisting youth with developing academic excellence, communication skills, life lessons, and athletic abilities.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Education level | High School graduation or GED equivalent. |
Experience | One year of experience in social work, community outreach, sports leadership, or working with youth in a group setting. |
