Rattaché€ au sein de la direction des services et au sein du service courrier, vous prenez en charge la gestion des flux entrants et sortants, tant physiques que digitaux.
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI à Puteaux.
À ce titre, vous assurez le tri, l’identification et le dispatch des documents vers les destinataires internes appropriés.
Vous êtes responsable du traitement des courriers physiques réceptionnés sur le site de Puteaux : ouverture, analyse du contenu, distribution et orientation vers les services concernés.
Vous prenez également en charge la numérisation des plis et leur intégration dans les outils de gestion électronique de documents (GED), notamment via des espaces SharePoint.
Vos missions incluent également :
Vous évoluez au sein d’une équipe de 7 personnes, dans un environnement structuré ne nécessitant pas de gestion des appels téléphoniques.
