The Senior Compliance Analyst will provide regulatory guidance on products and business initiatives while ensuring compliance with Brazilian Central Bank regulations. They will also design and implement compliance policies, manage internal controls, and collaborate with global teams to align local practices with international standards.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of professional experience in compliance within regulated financial entities and possess solid knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations. A degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required, along with advanced or fluent English proficiency.

About the position 🔥
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Controls team in Brazil.
In this role, you will help shape how our products, policies and business activities operate from a Brazilian Compliance and regulatory perspective. You will work closely with local and global teams to identify scenarios and risks, supporting the business without creating unnecessary friction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys contributing to new projects, strengthen our Compliance framework in Brazil and work closely with the Central Compliance team in France.
Location of the position: São Paulo - SP. In general, you will be asked to go to the office 3 times per week.
