🎬 The Role

Our client is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (Implementation & Onboarding) fluent in English and Spanish (or French / European language) to lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and setup journey for global clients.

Unlike traditional account-management CSM roles centered on quota driving, this position is heavily focused on technical execution, platform configuration, and smooth go-live delivery. You will own customer onboarding, translate business requirements into platform settings, configure loyalty engines, and provide ongoing optimization support post-launch.

Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM (GST) to support international accounts across multiple regions.

👤 The Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding & Setup: Lead the technical implementation journey post-sales handover, serving as the client’s main point of contact and project manager through go-live.

• Platform Configuration: Directly configure, test, and maintain customer loyalty programs in the back-end system—including setting up loyalty rules, rewards, promotional campaigns, tiers, and custom platform logic.

• Support & Escalations: Coordinate with internal technical/support teams to resolve complex integration or platform issues swiftly; transition technical bugs to specialized support when required.

• Post-Launch Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and campaign KPIs post-launch to recommend workflow, rules, and strategy enhancements tailored to client goals.

• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feature requests and platform feedback to product and engineering teams.

🎓 The Skills & Competencies

• Languages: Business fluency in English paired with Spanish (Priority 1), French (Priority 2), or another European language (Priority 3).

• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success within SaaS or technology startups.

• Technical Savviness: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, navigate, and manually configure back-end software platforms without developer reliance.

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Skills: Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and high detail-orientation when mapping complex business logic into software rules.
