The Lead Behavioral Health Associate provides continuous patient care, supervision, and safety monitoring while guiding and mentoring other BHAs. They are responsible for facilitating rehabilitative groups, recording vital signs, and assisting the Charge Nurse with unit administration and patient flow.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience as a BHA, specifically working with the facility's target population. Candidates must possess knowledge of psychiatric disorders and certifications in CPR and de-escalation techniques.
