The Behavioral Health Associate I monitors client behaviors and provides continuous care, supervision, and role modeling within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include facilitating rehabilitative groups, recording vital signs, and responding to crisis situations to ensure a safe environment.
Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent and possess CPR certification and de-escalation training. Experience working with psychiatric populations and knowledge of dual diagnosis are preferred.
