The Senior Field Operations Associate manages warehouse operations, including the receipt, processing, and storage of supplies and equipment. They are responsible for coordinating shipping schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring facility safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
Location: 34310 9th Avenue S, Federal Way, WA
Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with required on-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed
As the Senior Field Operations Associate, you will administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will assist in the preparation and coordination of schedules for shipping and receiving materials, controlling the flow of goods and regulating warehouse space. Also, you will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
