Provide engineering support for product transfers by ensuring all activities are documented according to procedures and quality specifications. This includes analyzing equipment, conducting experimental testing, and participating in process qualification activities like PFMEA and PPAP.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in manufacturing or project environments and a proven track record of team collaboration. Preferred qualifications include experience in the medical device industry, FDA regulations, and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
