The Clinical Associate is responsible for delivering end-user training and go-live support for Acute Care products at customer sites. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure product knowledge, clinical best practices, and high customer satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related clinical discipline and be willing to travel 90% of the time. Current RN licensure and at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in critical care, are preferred.
