The associate is responsible for driving membership sales through lead follow-up and tours while managing the front desk operations. They will greet guests, book intro sessions, and maintain studio cleanliness to ensure a high-quality member experience.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset comfortable with closing sales. Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or front desk roles is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency.
