The Associate will prepare financial models for property valuations and lease analyses while assisting with annual budgets and business plans. They will also manage relationships with third-party managers and brokers and prepare presentation materials for the Investment Committee.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in real estate or finance, specifically in valuation or asset management. Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel for discounted cash flow analysis is required.

This Asset Management role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to industrial outdoor storage (IOS). This role will work on a collaborative team directly supporting Asset Manager(s)/Vice President(s) on target markets and will work closely with the Asset and Portfolio Management Teams and occasionally with the Acquisition Team. The portfolio will cover the West Coast. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position, strong math and written skills are necessary. There is a lot of room for growth and development for the right candidate!

Competitive. The base pay scale for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 annually. Stockbridge’s base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance. Stockbridge provides a 401K plan with a match as well as generous vacation, sick time and holiday time off.
