The Role 

We're looking for an Sales Specialist with hunger: to learn sales, to learn telecommunications, to challenge our certainties and to make a real impact from day one. This isn't a seat-warming first job. You'll be close to the action, given real responsibility quickly, and expected to push deals forward fast in a very competitive market. 

You'll travel often: expect a lot of time on the road meeting clients, attending industry events, and chasing opportunities wherever they are. 
You’ll work with a truly stellar team (pun intended), so we hope you’ll truly enjoy your days with us. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business across our connectivity solutions 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects in mobility, enterprise, and government markets 
  • Learn our product suite inside out and translate technical capabilities into customer value 
  • Represent Stellar at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the globe 
  • Oversee the regular invoicing process 
  • Offer outstanding support to our customers 
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a small team where everyone's contribution matters 

What We're Looking For 

  • Early-career professional with a genuine drive to build a career in sales / business development, with a background in sales, business management, or technology 
  • Hunger to learn about selling, about telecommunications, about the business 
  • The attitude and grit to make an impact and thrive as the underdog 
  • Strong communication skills in English, and French (plus any other language you can bring) and comfort building relationships  
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently 
  • Eligibility to work under a Luxembourg-based employment contract
