Job Description
The Platform Lead, Mobile Engineering is responsible for the strategy, design, deployment, operation, and commercial success of Private 4G/5G Mobile Core platforms and services. The role leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for building and operating secure, resilient, and scalable private cellular networks for enterprise, industrial, campus, utilities, transportation, smart city, and mission-critical environments.
The Lead will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Private Mobile Core service, including solution architecture, platform engineering, network operations, service assurance, customer onboarding, vendor management, and innovation. The role will also drive the adoption of cloud-native 5G Core technologies, network automation, AI-enabled operations, and industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Core Architecture and Design
Own the architecture and design of:
Enterprise Private Core (4G/5G)
IMS platforms
Subscriber management systems
Authentication and security platforms
Network slicing architecture
Edge computing integration
Operational support systems
Define standards for:
