Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Team:
The Product & Technology team leads the charge in developing our platform and solutions, empowering customers to invest with confidence. The Data & Analytics squad sits at the heart of this — our mission is to solve business problems using data collected across multiple sources, and to build a self-serve data culture that scales with the company. We see ourselves as the team that understands the business most deeply, which positions us to deliver exceptionally high-impact insights.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business data queries, providing timely and accurate analysis across teams.

• Drive growth in data adoption by proactively surfacing insights and communicating findings to a wide range of stakeholders in a clear, accessible way.

• Transform complex data and findings into intuitive tables, graphs, charts, and reports that inform decision-making.

• Design and implement dashboards and data models that give stakeholders self-serve access to the insights they need.

• Partner with Product Managers to monitor new releases, assess downstream impact on data models, and analyse product data to enhance features and track key metrics.

• Define baselines and success metrics for business and product features, and provide data-backed recommendations for optimisation.

  👀What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or a similar role.

• Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets (MySQL, Redshift or similar).

• Experience building dashboards and data models using BI tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt and Hevo (or similar ETL/integration tools).

• Experience partnering with Product and business teams to deliver actionable insights and measure the impact of new features.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset and experience working in a fast-paced startup, fintech, or technology environment.
