The Critical Operations Coordinator supports the Critical Operations Manager in maintaining hyperscale data center efficiency through vendor coordination and administrative support. Key duties include tracking maintenance tasks, managing facility budgets, and ensuring a consistent culture of safety.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably within a mission-critical environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate to business-level English communication skills are required.

Our clients include the largest hyperscale cloud platforms. We are building a regional platform defined by speed of delivery, power reliability, and long-term partnership — and we are assembling the team to lead that effort.
As a member of STACK’s Operations team, the Critical Operations Coordinator supports the Critical Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a hyperscale data center. This role coordinates third-party facility management services, assists with administrative and vendor processes, and helps track budgets, maintenance tasks, and site improvement projects.
· Minimal travel is required for this role.
· 1-3 years of experience supporting operations, facilities, or vendor management in a data center or similar environment.
· Familiarity with data center, telecommunications, or other technical or mission critical environment is a plus.
· Experience administering and managing facility preventive maintenance programs.
· Experience supporting vendor coordination and basic project administration.
· Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
· Technical or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or building services disciplines.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· Business-level English communication skills
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, holidays, and on-call support.
