Stable Money is India's leading fixed-income investment platform, on a mission to modernize

how 230+ million Indians save and invest. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in

Bengaluru, we've grown to over 30 lakh users who have collectively invested more than

₹5,000 crore across fixed deposits, bonds, and other secure instruments, all in under three

years.

 

Our platform lets users book FDs without opening a savings account, access instant

withdrawals, invest in short-term instruments (including 7-day FDs), and discover curated

fixed-income portfolios through a digital experience designed around speed and clarity.

Right now, our team is working on deepening direct partnerships with banks and NBFCs,

building on-ground presence in key cities, and expanding into adjacent savings products, all

while maintaining the trust-first approach that has defined us since day one.

Backed by $65 million in total institutional funding from marquee investors including Peak

XV Partners, Z47, RTP Global, Fundamentum, and Lightspeed, we recently closed a $25

million Pre-Series C round to accelerate our next phase of growth. We're building the

Our team

Saurabh Jain is a graduate from IIT Bombay who has previously worked as the CEO of Navi

Mutual Fund and was leading Swiggy’s expansion into 500+ cities.

Harish Reddy is a graduate from IIT Bombay and has deep expertise in building wealth

product strategy. He was leading product strategy and the tech implementation at Estee

Advisors. Both founders have extensive experience in wealth-tech businesses and

complement each other to help build a scalable and value accretive business

About the role

Stable Money is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to promote and sell Fixed Deposit (FD) & Bonds investment options to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 
● Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
● Educate customers about the benefits of investing through Stable Money.
● Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable plans.
● Explain interest rates, tenure options, and returns in a clear and convincing manner.
● Handle customer objections, queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions in the CRM system.
● Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
● Stay updated with company policies, financial products, and market trends.

 

Requirements

 
● Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales (experience in FD / bonds sales is a plus).
● Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
● Basic understanding of Fixed Deposits and financial investments is preferred.

● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.

● Fluent in English and Hindi. Regional language will be an advantage.
