The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse will assess, monitor, and support patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and de-escalating crisis situations.
Candidates must have a minimum of six months of recent experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency nursing within an acute care facility. An active California Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

As our Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will help patients experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges receive compassionate, evidence-based care so they can achieve stability, healing, and improved well-being.
Every day you will assess, monitor, and support patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs across a variety of settings. You will be expected to provide therapeutic nursing interventions, administer medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, de-escalate crisis situations, and advocate for patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication and de-escalation skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
