Brindar soporte técnico especializado en el diagnóstico, análisis y resolución de fallas eléctricas, electrónicas, de instrumentación y sistemas de control de equipos móviles de minería. Actuar como referente técnico para la flota Caterpillar y equipos de perforación Epiroc, contribuyendo a incrementar la confiabilidad de los activos, reducir tiempos de diagnóstico y fortalecer las capacidades técnicas del equipo de mantenimiento.
Diagnosticar y resolver fallas complejas en sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, de instrumentación y control de equipos móviles.
Ejecutar análisis avanzados utilizando herramientas OEM y equipos de medición especializados.
Aplicar metodologías de Análisis de Causa Raíz (RCFA) para identificar fallas recurrentes.
Proporcionar soporte técnico especializado para equipos Caterpillar mediante el uso de CAT ET, SIS, VisionLink y otras herramientas de diagnóstico.
Configurar y calibrar ECM, sensores, actuadores y módulos electrónicos.
Diagnosticar sistemas de motor, transmisión, dirección, frenos y controles electrohidráulicos.
Diagnosticar y reparar sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos y neumáticos de equipos de perforación Epiroc.
Interpretar diagramas eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
Configurar y calibrar instrumentos de campo.
Ejecutar reparaciones mecánicas mayores y menores cuando sea requerido.
Elaborar informes técnicos de alta complejidad documentando síntomas, análisis de fallas, causa raíz y conclusiones.
Generar recomendaciones orientadas a la mejora continua de estrategias de mantenimiento, procedimientos y confiabilidad de equipos.
Técnico Electromecánico o carreras afines.
Experiencia comprobable en mantenimiento y diagnóstico de equipos móviles de minería.
Licencia Nacional de Conducir vigente. (Deseable Licencia Clase E2).
