Responsible for loading, unloading, and positioning roofing materials on residential and commercial rooftops using manual and mechanical methods. Coordinates with drivers and contractors to ensure efficient material distribution while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Requires a high school diploma and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs while working at significant heights. Candidates must pass background checks and drug tests and have reliable transportation.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $20.00 to $24.42 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
