This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and driving commercial growth. As our Sales/Senior Key Account Manager for the DACH region, you’ll own strategic client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and help organisations get real value from our digital compliance solutions.
You’ll work closely with teams across Germany and the UK, combining commercial insight with a consultative approach. If you enjoy autonomy, influence and meaningful client impact, this role will suit you well. You will need native level fluency in German for your day-to-day client conversations, accompanied with strong English language capabilities to thrive in our international team. Must haves:

• Native level in German and strong English skills
• Experience managing and growing B2B client accounts for digital solutions
• Commercial confidence and a consultative mindset
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Nice to haves:

• Experience in SaaS, compliance or e-learning
• Enterprise or international client exposure
• Background in regulated or complex environments

• Grow and manage a portfolio of strategic DACH customers
 • Build trusted relationships with senior compliance stakeholders
 • Identify new business opportunities and grow and develop existing customer relationships, including renewal management
 • Lead commercial conversations and negotiations
 • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
