Serve as a professional resource for clients and retail partners by processing policy changes, renewals, and new business applications. Maintain accurate documentation in AMS360 and collaborate with producers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience, with a preference for insurance backgrounds. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess an Alabama Property & Casualty Producer License or a willingness to obtain one.
