The role focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing market share through differentiated service in identified segments. Key duties include supervising distributors, ensuring product availability in retail outlets, and monitoring competitor activity.
Candidates must possess a 3-year degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or an FMCG environment. A valid Code 8 driver's license, basic computer literacy, and local area knowledge are required.
The key purpose of this role is to work towards achieving growth in volumes sold growth in market share and increased competitiveness through providing market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified segments.
