Als Consumer Engagement Specialist begleiten Sie Menschen mit Hörverlust auf ihrer persönlichen Hörreise – vom ersten Interesse bis hin zur Implantation. Mit Ihrer empathischen Beratung, Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihrem Organisationstalent schaffen Sie Vertrauen und helfen Betroffenen dabei, eine fundierte Entscheidung für ein Cochlea-Implantat von Advanced Bionics zu treffen.
Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Kliniken, Hörakustikern, unserem Sales-, Marketing- und Market Development-Team sowie unserer deutschlandweiten Mentor-Community zusammen. Ihre Arbeit leistet einen direkten Beitrag dazu, dass mehr Menschen den Weg zu besserem Hören finden.

Sie führen einfühlsame und bedarfsgerechte Gespräche mit Menschen mit Hörverlust und deren Angehörigen – insbesondere telefonisch, per E-Mail und über digitale Beratungsformate.
Sie vermitteln verständlich erste Informationen rund um das Thema Cochlea-Implantat und geben Orientierung zu möglichen nächsten Schritten.
Sie begleiten Interessierte verlässlich entlang ihres individuellen Informations- und Entscheidungsprozesses und koordinieren bei Bedarf die Weiterleitung an Kliniken, Hörakustiker oder andere geeignete Ansprechpartner.
Sie sorgen für eine strukturierte Nachverfolgung von Anfragen, bleiben kontinuierlich mit den Interessierten in Kontakt und dokumentieren Kontakte sowie Aktivitäten sorgfältig im CRM-System.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Kliniken, Hörakustikern, Mentoren und internen Fachbereichen zusammen, um eine möglichst nahtlose Begleitung der Interessierten sicherzustellen.
Sie betreuen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Team unser deutschlandweites Mentorennetzwerk weiter.
Sie unterstützen bei digitalen Informationsformaten und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie gelegentlich bei ausgewählten Präsenzveranstaltungen.

Sie kommunizieren gerne mit Menschen und schaffen es, auch in sensiblen oder emotionalen Gesprächssituationen Vertrauen, Sicherheit und Orientierung zu vermitteln.
Sie hören aufmerksam zu, erkennen unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse und können komplexe Informationen verständlich und adressatengerecht erklären.
Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und treten insbesondere am Telefon freundlich, verbindlich und souverän auf.
Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beratung, Kundenbetreuung, im Service, Consumer Engagement oder einem vergleichbaren kommunikationsorientierten Umfeld mit. Auch engagierte Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
Ihr konkreter beruflicher oder fachlicher Hintergrund ist für uns weniger entscheidend als Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude an der Begleitung von Menschen. Kenntnisse in Hörakustik, Audiologie oder Medizintechnik sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert, sind sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln und bereit, sich in CRM-Systeme sowie in fachliche Themen rund um das Cochlea-Implantat einzuarbeiten.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen für ausgewählte Veranstaltungen oder Teamtermine runden Ihr Profil ab.
