The phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture on patients of all ages and collecting or preparing non-blood specimens. They must also ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering while maintaining safety and quality control standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous phlebotomy training or experience. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are required for this fast-paced environment.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.
