The dispatcher is responsible for verifying and tracking inbound specimens while coordinating courier routes for efficient logistics. They must also resolve logistics exceptions and maintain databases to ensure compliance with company and DOT standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record, and at least one year of courier or dispatch experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs are also required.
