The Paint Technician is responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicle panels using recognized paint processes to achieve high-quality finishes. They must collaborate with Panel and MET colleagues to ensure smooth repair workflows and maintain safe working practices.
Candidates must have relevant experience as a Paint Technician or Sprayer within an automotive or accident repair environment. Proficiency with paint materials, spray equipment, and a strong awareness of health and safety standards are required.

As a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer, you’ll play a key role in returning vehicles to customers in first‑class condition. From preparation through to final finish, you’ll use your technical ability and attention to detail to produce work you’re proud to put your name to.
