The Financial Guide welcomes members, identifies their financial needs, and recommends appropriate products and services. They are responsible for creating positive member experiences and ensuring all interactions are impactful and complete.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service or sales. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued.
