The Warehouse Material Handler moves finished packaged product from the warehouse staging areas to the warehouse racks as well as moving packaged finished product from the warehouse racks to the dock staging areas.

 

Responsibilities

• Be able to read and understand orders.
• Read, follow and understand warehouse and Aisle Master procedures.
• Operate the Aisle Master safely and perform Aisle Master inspections.
• Be able to use product scanner.
• Use Aisle Master lift to move finished product to correct warehouse locations.
• Use Aisle Master to move finished product to correct dock locations.
• Operate forklift and conduct forklift inspections.
• Be able to accurately produce and maintain all warehouse logs and paperwork.
• Inspect to ensure that all finished product is packaged and labeled correctly.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for warehouse area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Department Specific: Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Attend safety meetings, site safety meetings, safety tours, etc.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent - or GED - Required
• Forklift in Manufacturing Environment - Preferred
• Basic Math
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 55lbs.
• Written and oral communication skills in English.
• Distinguish between the primary colors of the rainbow.
• Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task, be a quick learner and adapt to change.
• Average to above average English and mathematical skills.
