The role involves developing and managing operational risk policies, monitoring KRIs, and implementing the RCSA methodology. It also includes preparing regulatory reports for the Bank of Greece and managing the bank's GRC tool.
Candidates need a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in operational risk management. Proficiency in English and a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance are required.

About the Role
The Operational Risk Senior Officer supports the development, implementation, and management of operational risk policies and frameworks. Monitors operational risks and KRIs, analyzes incidents, and monitors mitigation strategies. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, enhance risk controls, and contribute to business continuity planning and reporting.
