The Inbound Specialist is responsible for managing deliveries, receipts, and purchasing functions for multinational companies. This includes monitoring inventory in transit, resolving invoice discrepancies, and coordinating with Finance and Operations teams.
Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Trade, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in multinational purchasing. Candidates must have B2 level English and reside in Mexico City.

Como Lider de almacén de nuestro equipo debes garantizar las entregas y recebimientos. Realizar funciones de compras en empresas trasnacionales. Monitoreo de inventario en transito hasta su disponibilidad final.
Seguimiento a entregas en tiempo y forma de todas las órdenes de compra generadas a las diferentes plantas.
Seguimiento a recibo e ingreso correcto en sistema aplicable de las mercancías directas recibidas.
Controlar y tramitar las discrepancias encontradas entre la factura y el material entregado, informando a la planta para tener acciones correctivas y obtener los créditos adecuados
Revisión, seguimiento y manejo del tránsito para controlar las órdenes abiertas pendientes de cierre, alineado a las políticas internas
Mantener el control de los productos en tránsito proporcionando información precisa a los equipos de Finanzas, Comerciales y Operaciones
Generación y comunicación a las áreas involucradas de estatus de compras, productos descontinuados, sustituidos, bloqueados, etc. de acuerdo con la información proporcionada por planta.
Creación de las órdenes de carga, verificación de precios y cantidades para garantizar el correcto ingreso de las órdenes de compra puestas a planta
Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo o conforme a la naturaleza de su rol.
Monitoreo de inventario en transito hasta su disponibilidad final.
Administración de devoluciones.
Apoyo en procesos transaccionales de inbound.
Apoyo en el proceso de pago a proveedores.
Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones comerciales, o afín.
Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en:
Funciones de compras en empresas trasnacionales.
Manejo y control de órdenes de compra y fechas de entrega.
Conocimientos de cobertura de inventarios y stocks de seguridad.
Trato con proveedores y gestión de personal
Idioma: inglés 80% comprobable (B2)
