The role involves providing product information, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries and complaints while maintaining detailed knowledge of company services.
Candidates must be United States residents, at least 18 years old, and bilingual in Spanish. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
