Candidates must have at least 5 years of corporate governance experience in Spain and a track record of establishing standards across multiple jurisdictions. Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, is required.

We are looking for a Corporate Governance Counsel to help strengthen corporate governance across the Group. The role is of mid-level seniority, with room for learning and development.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head Legal Governance and the Governance teams in Switzerland and Spain. You will help shape governance standards, support legal entity management, and improve key governance processes across an international group.
