Make an Impact by:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in global accounts, fostering and developing CXO-level customer relationships to enhance customer retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase sales revenue.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the client’s business planning.
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing with global clients.
• Proactively identify and address issues that may impact client satisfaction or account performance.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiate the unique value delivered through Singtel’s offerings within this domain.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction with decision-makers and play a key ambassador role for Singtel.
• Meet financial KPIs and develop strategic plans to execute and exceed sales targets.
• Exhibit independence, self-starter qualities, sharp business acumen, and a strong drive to succeed.

 

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or degree with 5 or more year in sales experience.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a global context.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ICT and telecommunications preferred.
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Possess strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and clients effectively.
