ETANCO est une branche du groupe Simpson Strong-Tie qui conçoit, fabrique et distribue des systèmes de fixations dédiés à l'enveloppe du bâtiment.
Depuis plus de 70 ans, ETANCO s’attache à tisser des relations pérennes avec ses clients en leur proposant des solutions et services à haute valeur ajoutées : analyse des besoins, études techniques, fabrication sur-mesure, accompagnement sur chantier, tests, formation des équipes.
Nous recrutons un(e) Technico-Commercial Sedentaire (H/F) en CDI pour notre siège social situé au Pecq (78).
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Régional ADV / Responsable de Zone, le Technico-Commercial sédentaire assure l’interface régulière entre les clients et l’entreprise afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des ventes.
Renseigner et conseiller techniquement les clients par téléphone.
Recevoir et vérifier la cohérence des commandes clients (codes, couleurs, désignation, quantités, prix…) et saisir les commandes.
Assurer le suivi des commandes clients dans leur intégralité.
Réaliser les devis réceptionnés à l'ADV.
Faire l'interface avec les services supports : la comptabilité, la logistique, le bureau d’études, la qualité, le marketing, les achats, et le service approvisionnement.
Prendre en charge et résoudre les litiges clients avec rigueur.
Réaliser des appels sortants pour effectuer les relances des devis, recueillir des renseignements sur les commandes et promouvoir les opérations commerciales.
Collaborer étroitement avec les commerciaux terrain du secteur attribué pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
Utiliser l'ensemble des documents et supports (Qualité, SAP, Etanco Home...)
Assurer le rôle de référent administratif pour les clients.
Intervenir sur des missions polyvalentes en cas d’absence d’un membre de l’équipe pour maintenir la continuité du service.
De formation Bac +2/3 de préférence en commerce, gestion ou administration des ventes.
Expérience significative dans un poste similaire en administration des ventes ou service clients, idéalement en environnement BtoB.
Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes internes pour renforcer la satisfaction client et maintenir une image positive de l'entreprise.
Sens du service client, esprit d’équipe, bonne communication, autonomie et rigueur.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches de manière autonome, en respectant les règles et procédures internes.
Bonne maîtrise des logiciels Excel, Word, et SAP.
Une connaissance ou un intérêt pour le secteur du bâtiment et les produits techniques serait un plus.
