The Account Executive is responsible for driving loan origination volume by developing and managing a national network of mortgage brokers. This includes owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and structuring to closing deals for CRE and DSCR products.
Candidates must manage an existing book of business in small balance commercial or DSCR lending. A bachelor's degree or five years of equivalent experience in sales, mortgage banking, or real estate is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Executive (AE) plays a critical role in driving loan origination volume through the development and management of mortgage broker relationships nationwide. This role is responsible for generating consistent, high-quality production aligned with monthly and quarterly targets, while contributing to the continued growth and efficiency of Silver Hill Capital’s wholesale lending platform.
