The Sanitation Manager oversees facility sanitation programs and ensures compliance with regulatory, customer, and food safety standards. They manage daily cleaning activities, maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule, and lead process improvement initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, preferably in dairy or beverage manufacturing. Candidates must possess knowledge of FSMA, PMO, and GFSI certifications or be able to obtain them within six months.
The Sanitation Manager partners with Quality leadership and team to ensure that sanitation policy programs, procedures, and systems are effectively implemented within the internal plant. They will ensure compliance with all company, regulatory, and customer requirements and validate and verify all sanitation activities to ensure facility operates in compliance with defined food safety and sanitation standards. They will also work with department managers to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance with all regulatory, FSMA, PMO, CFR, SQF Certification, third-party and customer requirements and work with cross-departmental operational groups in the development of process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

A starting salary of $70,000 to $105,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills plus annual bonus potential.
