The QA Analyst audits medical bill reviews for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines and client rules. They identify error trends and collaborate with clinical staff and analysts to improve review outcomes and update QA policies.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in medical billing, auditing, or coding and knowledge of workers' compensation regulations are preferred.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Medical Bill Review team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical bill review processes, identifying errors, and recommending improvements to enhance service quality and regulatory adherence.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst works closely with the Department Program Manager and QA Team Lead and collaborates with internal teams, vendor partners, and clients to ensure seamless workflows, clear communication, and high-quality outcomes.
