The IT Support Technician provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT inventory and documentation. They also assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and the deployment of technology solutions to support staff and members.
Candidates must have an associate degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills, is required.

Schedule: Monday through Friday averaging 20-25 hours a week, flexible schedule
