Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires the ability to type 35 wpm and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

This position will process applications for new business. Duties include reviewing life insurance applications to ensure completion, policy changes, changing policy records to reflect changes, canceling insurance policies as requested by customers or agents, and consistent communication with customers and agents to verify the accuracy of application and policies.
