The Branch Manager is responsible for leading, training, and managing branch employees while ensuring accurate cash handling and loan processing. They must also meet branch goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional customer service to the community.
Candidates must have previous management, customer service, and finance experience, along with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and knowledge of lending regulations are also required.
